Murf, thanks for the congratulations. I am not too sure about the next 20 years, I have only discovered this morning that I have a problem with sleep apnia. I woke up in the night gasping for breath, it has happened several times in the past and is very frightening, especially for Bing. Interestingly, it is quite common, with 25% of men and 9% of women having it and over 90% of them are not aware of it.  Most people stop breathing for short periods during the night and do not even know about it. As well as giving a poor quality of sleep this causes a lack of oxygen in the blood which can lead to further problems. But then you know all about the lack of oxygen.

Sorry my brother about the sleep apena, and yes it can be a very dangerous and life (quality of life) changing event. With my disease which certainly is no walk in the park, at least my O2 level is low all the time but it is there, but wit sleep apena, people can actually breathing for up to 40 or more seconds, and it puts a terrible strain on the heart and brain first  and then if continues creates kidney and liver problems, noting to say about the kind of mood you will find yourself in the next day, for you think you slept all night but that is not the case at all.

Hope it improves!
