Re: Client Revolving Fund Agreement
Sir / Madam:
We are pleased to propose the following revolving fund arrangement between you and our Law Firm:
1. Commencement Date:_____________.
2. Purpose and coverage: The revolving fund shall operate as a trust account which shall be administered by our Law Firm and which shall be used exclusively as a source of fund to defray all expenses which may be incurred in all cases and matters being handled by the Firm in your behalf.
4. Revolving fund replenishment: You shall receive a request for replenishment of the fund whenever the amount of the fund is already very low and expenses are anticipated;
5. Liquidation: You shall receive a summary of expenses charged on the revolving fund every quarter of the year or upon your request. The fund shall be also be subject to liquidation at any time upon request. Any excess of the fund after the termination of this agreement shall be returned to you.
