Sky cable - quality just OK (lately reception on Star Sports has been HORRIBLE), occasional short duration system outages.
Air Quality:
fair, some trash burning occurs in area, plus smog from vehicles on Macarthur Highway (about 1000 meters from our house)

Traffic:
light traffic on residential road (Cayetano St) but usually very heavy traffic on MacArthur.
Public Trans:
all forms readily available (bus, taxi, jeepney, tricycle) literally no wait time on main road (MacArthur)
Stores:
SM Valenzuela 5 min walk, South Supermarket and Pure Gold nearby, about 20-30 min via jeepney to Caloocan circle (north end of EDSA extension and Rizal Ext.) with Grand Central Mall, Ever Dep't Store, small Robinson's mall, Uniwide store and major appliance stores (Abenson, Western) and more. Also about 30-45 min drive to SM Marilao and about the same to SM North EDSA.
